Privacy Policy

Very little. There are no user accounts, no statistics tools, no ad tags and no third-party scripts here. What does get processed is listed below, item by item.
1. Hosting and server logs
The pages are delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Whenever a page is requested, Cloudflare receives technical details that every web request carries: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the address requested and the time. Cloudflare uses them to deliver the page, to keep the network secure and to keep short-lived logs. On our side, location is used only at the moment of the request, for two decisions: whether the site may be shown in that region at all, and whether a notice about stricter age rules is displayed. We build no visitor profiles. Cloudflare acts as our processor; its own privacy policy describes its handling in more detail.
2. The stored age answer
Answering yes to the key card question makes your browser store a single entry in its local storage: the name rk.keycard with the value issued plus the time of your answer. It saves you from being asked again on each page, which is its only purpose, so it is strictly necessary. After 30 days the site treats the key card as expired, deletes the entry and asks again. The entry stays on your device, is never transmitted to us and is not a cookie. Wiping this site’s stored data in your browser settings removes the entry.
3. Messages sent through the support form
If you use the support form, we store your message, the subject you chose and, if you provide one, a reply address. It goes into a key-value store belonging to this site's own Cloudflare account; no mail provider or form service is involved. We use it solely to deal with your request. Entries are erased automatically after one year, and earlier if you ask us to.
4. The "Enter the chat room" key and Stripchat
Both start keys on the guide lead to /open-chat, a short hop on this very domain that opens in a separate tab. All it reads is whether your browser reports an iPhone, an Android device or a desktop; it writes nothing down and passes you on at once. From there CrakRevenue, the affiliate network in between, forwards you to Stripchat: a live webcam house with trans models that belongs to a separate company, not to us. On that hop CrakRevenue and Stripchat receive the routine technical crumbs every page visit leaves behind, plus our site’s name and that one device word, and from then on their own privacy policies apply. Neither company runs any script, frame or pixel on trans-chat-room.com, and guests in regions with stricter age-verification laws receive exactly the same plain link.
5. Cookies
Cookies: none are set by this site. Analytics tools, social media buttons, ad pixels and externally hosted fonts are absent too; the typeface comes from our own server.
6. Partner links
The start key carries a referral code. It allows CrakRevenue and Stripchat to attribute a sign-up or purchase to this guide, and we may then be paid a commission. Whatever Stripchat does with your data after you arrive is governed by its own policy. The partner reports we receive hold totals only and never single out one visitor.
7. Your rights, including in California
You may request a copy of the data we have on you, its correction or its erasure, and you may object to how it is used. California residents have the right to know and the right to delete under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. No personal information is ever sold here, and none of it goes to anyone for cross-context behavioural advertising; sensitive personal information is not handled here at all. Exercising a right will never change how the site works for you. Send requests through the support form; we reply within 45 days. Guests from Europe and from other US states may use the same route.
8. Children
Only adults are meant to use this site. We do not knowingly gather data about people younger than 18. Did a minor contact us anyway? Tell us, and that message will be deleted.
9. Updates
If we revise this statement, you will see a newer review date at the top.
