In short: trans-chat-room.com is a written guide. It does not create, commission or host sexually explicit images or videos, so it keeps no producer records.

1. What this site consists of

The pages on this domain contain text, simple drawings made from code and links. No photograph or video of a real person appears here, and visitors cannot upload anything. The room page is reserved for a chat window that a separate company would supply; at present it contains only a notice.

2. Exemption

Because the operator of this website is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer of any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the record-keeping requirements of those provisions do not apply to it.

3. Third-party chat and partner links

Where this site links to, or later embeds, an adult chat or cam platform, all live and recorded material on that platform is produced and published by the platform and its performers. Each such platform is responsible for verifying the age and identity of its performers and for keeping the records required by law. Questions about those records belong with the platform's own custodian of records.

4. Adults only

Every person mentioned or addressed in the guide is an adult. Anyone who comes across content involving a minor on a linked platform should report it to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) through report.cybertip.org and is welcome to tell us through the support form.
